昨年2024年に大好評を得たサ旅企画「横浜サ旅」が、今年2025年もパワーアップして開催されます。2025年8月1日にサ旅ビール第三弾となる【横浜サ旅ビール-Brut Pale Ale-（ブリュットペールエール）】が横浜一部店舗で限定発売されるのを皮切りに、サ旅をするほど賞品をゲットできる【横浜サ旅BINGOスタンプラリー2025】も同時にスタート。

そして、昨年も満員御礼となった1DAYの限定スペシャルイベント【横浜サ旅夏祭り】が8月19日に満天の湯で開催され、さらに9月4日にはHARE-TABI SAUNA&INNでも1DAYサウナイベントを開催。こちらも昨年よりパワーアップしたコンテンツを企画中です。さらに、今年はクラウドファンディングへの挑戦や、オリジナルグッズの企画やポップアップショップなど、横浜をめぐるサ旅企画を広く展開いたします。

源商店は、2024年より横浜サ旅実行委員会に参画し、プロジェクトを推進しております。横浜サ旅のProducer/Directorとして全体のクリエイティブディレクションをはじめ、スタンプラリーの企画監修、オリジナルグッズの企画監修、ポップアップショップの企画監修などに携わっております。

横浜の観光名所やサウナ施設を巡り、期間限定『横浜サ旅ビール-Brut Pale Ale-』を楽しみながら、横浜のサウナの魅力を体感できるお得なスタンプラリーなどを8月1日から開催！

「横浜ビール」は2年前より、横浜のサウナを巡って、横浜を旅してもらいたい想いで市内のサウナ施設と、有名温浴施設をプロデュースされている、横浜在住のサウナ王 太田広氏(株式会社楽楽ホールディングス 代表取締役)と企画した「横浜サ旅ビール」をリリースしました。横浜市内のサウナ施設などと「横浜サ旅実行委員会」を立ち上げ、横浜サ旅をさらに盛り上げる企画を推進し、コラボビール第三弾を発売します!

「横浜サ旅実行委員会」は、「横浜のサウナ施設」、「横浜ビール」、「サウナ王 太田広氏」を中心に、横浜観光が楽しめるようにという想いから企画されたプロジェクトです。

「横浜ビール」を中心に、「横浜サ旅実行委員会」が開発した期間限定のオリジナルビール『横浜サ旅ビール-Brut Pale Ale-』を、2025年8月1日(金)から販売、順次出荷開始。さらに、「横浜サ旅」が楽しめるスタンプラリーなど、4つのスペシャル企画を開催します。

① サウナ後の一杯を格別に「横浜サ旅ビール」発売！（8月1日〜）


“サウナ後に本当に美味しい一杯を”という想いから開発された「横浜サ旅ビール」は、白ぶどうのような香りが特徴のホップ、ネルソンソーヴィンを使用した「Brut Pale Ale（ブリュット・ペールエール）」。
ドライな飲み口と華やかな香りが、サウナ後の乾いた身体に染みわたります。『横浜サ旅ビール-Brut Pale Ale-』のボトルビールは横浜市内のサウナ・入浴施設と横浜ビール本店のほか、横浜中華街のサ飯店にて販売予定です。この機会にぜひお楽しみ下さい。(※ドラフトビールはビアバー・飲食店舗でも販売予定)

前回の横浜サ旅ビールに引き続き今回も「Brut Pale Ale(ブリュットペールエール)」というスタイルのビールを醸造しました。今回も「サウナ後にベストな一杯」を考えた結果、スッキリでフルーティーなペールエールベースのBrutを醸造することに決めました。スッキリドライな飲み口で苦味もほとんど感じず、ネルソンソーヴィンというホップからくる白ぶどうの様なフルーティーな香りとシムコーからくるパッションフルーツの香り。味わいはシャンパンの様なドライさがあり、ネルソンソーヴィンをドライホップで使用し白ぶどうの様な香りを表現しました。シムコーというホップも加える事でフルーティーさにレイヤーが生まれます。昨年よりもより飲みやすくクリーンにパワーUPしています。サウナ後にぜひ楽しんで頂けると嬉しいです！

The “Yokohama Satabi” (Sauna Trip) project, which was a huge success in 2024, is back and even better in 2025. Starting on August 1, 2025, with the limited release of the third Satabi beer, Yokohama Satabi Beer -Brut Pale Ale-, at select locations in Yokohama, the Yokohama Satabi BINGO Stamp Rally 2025, where you can win prizes by completing the rally, will also begin.

The one-day special event, Yokohama Satabi Natsumatsuri (Summer Festival), which was a sell-out last year, will be held on August 19 at Manten-no-yu. Additionally, a one-day sauna event will be held on September 4 at HARE-TABI SAUNA&INN, with even more exciting content planned than last year. This year, we are also taking on a crowdfunding challenge, planning original merchandise, and opening pop-up shops, widely expanding the Yokohama Satabi project.

Gen Shoten has been a part of the Yokohama Satabi Executive Committee since 2024, driving the project forward. As the Producer/Director of Yokohama Satabi, Gen Shoten is deeply involved in the overall creative direction, as well as the planning and supervision of the stamp rally, original merchandise, and pop-up shops.

Yokohama Satabi 2025 Kicks Off!

From August 1st, we will be holding a stamp rally and other events where you can experience the charms of Yokohama’s saunas by visiting tourist spots and sauna facilities in Yokohama and enjoying the limited-time Yokohama Satabi Beer -Brut Pale Ale-!

Two years ago, Yokohama Beer released the Yokohama Satabi Beer, a project planned with Ota Hiroshi, a Yokohama resident known as the Sauna-ou (Sauna King) and the representative director of Rakuraku Holdings, who produces famous hot spring facilities. The goal was to have people travel around Yokohama by visiting its saunas. The Yokohama Satabi Executive Committee was established with sauna facilities in Yokohama to further promote the Yokohama Satabi project, and we are now releasing our third collaboration beer!

The Yokohama Satabi Executive Committee is a project planned with the idea of making Yokohama tourism enjoyable, centered around “Yokohama’s sauna facilities,” “Yokohama Beer,” and “Sauna-ou Ota Hiroshi.”

The limited-time original beer Yokohama Satabi Beer -Brut Pale Ale-, developed by the Yokohama Satabi Executive Committee led by Yokohama Beer, will go on sale starting August 1 (Fri), 2025. In addition, we will be holding four special events, including a stamp rally to enjoy Yokohama Satabi.

① A Special Beer for After Your Sauna: Yokohama Satabi Beer Goes on Sale! (From August 1)

Developed with the desire for a “truly delicious beer after a sauna,” the Yokohama Satabi Beer is a Brut Pale Ale that uses Nelson Sauvin hops, which are known for their white grape-like aroma. Its dry finish and elegant aroma are perfect for a thirsty body after a sauna. The bottled Yokohama Satabi Beer -Brut Pale Ale- will be sold at sauna/bathing facilities in Yokohama, the Yokohama Beer main store, and “Sa-hanten” (sauna restaurants) in Yokohama Chinatown. Please take this opportunity to enjoy it. (Draft beer will also be available at beer bars and restaurants.)

  • Head Brewer Kato’s Comment: Following the last Yokohama Satabi Beer, I brewed a beer in the style of “Brut Pale Ale” again. Thinking about the “best beer after a sauna,” I decided to brew a Brut with a refreshing and fruity Pale Ale base. It has a crisp, dry finish with almost no bitterness, and a fruity aroma of white grapes from Nelson Sauvin hops and passion fruit from Simcoe hops. The taste is as dry as champagne, and the aroma of white grapes is expressed by dry-hopping with Nelson Sauvin. Adding Simcoe hops creates layers of fruitiness. It’s even more drinkable and clean than last year’s version. I hope you enjoy it after your sauna!

Motomachi-Chukagai Station, the last stop on the Minato Mirai Line, makes its first appearance as a stamp rally spot for the Yokohama Satabi BINGO Stamp Rally! At this station, you can also find HARE-TABI SAUNA & INN and Sa-hanten in Yokohama Chinatown, which are also stamp rally spots. If you use the Minato Mirai Line to head to Yokohama Chinatown, you can get three stamps, making it easier to complete a BINGO and get closer to a luxurious prize.
