サウナをこよなく愛する俳優・磯村勇斗さんが、サウナをこよなく愛するスタッフとともに、サウナ道を追求する大好評「サウナーーーズ」シリーズの第４弾。[文字列の折り返しの区切り]これまでの３シーズンで、聖地フィンランドを含むさまざまな場所でサウナを巡り、自身がサウナを作る上でのエレメントを探し求めてきた。４シーズン目となる今回は、サウナを通して「体も心も丸裸にする」がテーマとなる。ゲストに迎えるのは中川大志さんと北村匠海さん。シーズン３で“エレガンス磯村”の名を拝命し、ヴィヒタ（白樺などの枝葉の束）で体をたたくことで血流促進などを目指すウィスキングや、多くのサウナ技術を会得してきた磯村が、自らのサウナテクニックで若手俳優の２人を癒やす。

Actor Yuto Isomura, who loves sauna, and his staff, who love sauna, will return for the fourth installment of the show in which they have been pursuing the path of sauna! 

This is the fourth installment of the popular “Saunarooz” series, in which sauna-loving actor Yuto Isomura pursues his sauna journey with the sauna-loving staff. 

In the past three seasons, Isomura has toured saunas in various places, including the holy land of Finland, in search of the elements that make a sauna what it is. The guests are Nakagawa Taishi and Kitamura Takumi. Isomura, who was named “Elegance Isomura” in Season 3 and has mastered many sauna techniques such as whisking, which aims to promote blood flow by beating the body with a vihita (a bundle of birch branches and leaves), heals the two young actors with his own sauna techniques. The sauna is a great place to relax and enjoy the warmth of the sauna. We hope you will look forward to Season 4, which is sure to make you feel relaxed just by watching it.
